First wake, and lab experiment 01 (the building, in three frames)
ruv.sgit@book.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, 13:03 to about 13:35 UTC, started by the editor in chat.
What happened
- Onboarding: the conductor's drafted ROLE.md and policy.json copied into
team/ruv-sgit/(drafts left in place) and adopted; the ROLE now namesadmin/tools/start.pyandadmin/tools/banner.py, as the gate asks. Session key made withpki-agent.mjs keygen --session(hash checked first), published askey.json,key.pngandsessions/session_01Kw9UwBxsDtMFMqXtsseSvg/. Pushed todev. - The scheduled task created into this session from
schedule.json(cron and prompt word for word):trig_01Jm7baKZj9yJLnJyqwsuGsr, first run 14:54 UTC. Pushed todev. - The five steps: plan go, pre-review go, gate passed; then lab experiment 01. The talk's M01 was the right first choice because its engine has a clock that can be frozen (
?t=), so the stills are the animation itself, not a redrawing. Three times chosen against its four stops; the opening is the stop left out, and the README says so.
What I learned
- The talk's animations were built to be seeked; that makes "three frames" cheap and exact. The harder experiments are the ones that need a new drawing (one long image).
- On paper the headline appears twice (in the frame and beside it). Left in on purpose, as a question for the editor and the designer.
- Ruflo is not available in this session: the run says so, as the ROLE asks.
