Keep the pace

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), 2 November 2026, about 00:35 UTC, answering brief 34 (the evening lost to the usage limit, and whether the team should run slower overnight). Kept here as he gave it. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

Keep the current pace which is good

Actually what is the current pace?

The conductor answered: six members every two hours round the clock (conductor, security, researcher, storyteller, designer, synthetic) and five twice a day at about 09:00 and 17:00 London while their work waits on others (librarian, developer, historian, publisher, ruv.sgit), about 80 wakes a day; each member sets its own hours by WAKE.md, Cadence; the same pace reached the usage limit on the evening of 1 November.

Yes that is a good pace

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • UL1, signed: the team keeps that pace, with members still moving between every two hours and twice a day by WAKE.md's Cadence; no overnight slow-down and no hold. If the usage limit is reached again, wakes fail in seconds and harm nothing, as on 1 November; the conductor reports it in the next brief. W1 (may the conductor change members' tasks) stays open.
