The first ten pages, for the room, and the Gen ZX Founders series

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), 31 October 2026, about 13:10 UTC, on the day of the Vibathon Algarve 2026 (the newsroom's debrief: newsroom.sgit.ai/articles/vibathon-algarve-2026.html, SGit-AI__Website__Newsroom at 0bc65e324). Kept here as he gave it (a voice transcription). Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

Hi how’s it going, any blockers decisons needed from me?

So I was thinking that maybe one of the ways we could do this is also, since I'm still reviewing a lot of the pages of the book, and I do kind of want to go through it once, because I think there's a lot of value in me figuring out a lot of that content and how it fits together. I bet you're already working on the next version on the RC2, basically the version for it. What about if you create a PDF or get the agents to create a PDF of like 10 pages of it, which I then review? And that should be almost like the first 10 pages of the book. Because I think that's the one to read now. I think if we can get the first 10 pages of the book in a way that they're powerful, I share, they're really effective, then that's a really powerful solution, right? And actually, the other idea I had, which is I was actually at an event today, and I was talking to, actually, it was literally an event that was Gen ZX. Like, we couldn't make this shit up. It was literally full of Z, Generation Z and Generation X, right? And actually, if you look at the newsroom, escrito.ai, can you take a look? Because there's a lot of good content on it, and you'll see kind of where I'm coming from, right? In fact, you see the event I was, and you see a lot of where I'm coming from. So I'm actually thinking that maybe what we can do is we can start to think of the Gen ZX founder as kind of a series of books and a series of materials. And this book is going to be one of that series. And I think that allows us to position this book kind of as one of part of that, and actually allows us to frame it with that concept of, this is a book about you doing it. It's about you starting. It's a book about you building kind of what I build here for that audience. So where we can frame a lot of this, and then we will publish this book, because this book is just about quite close to be complete, but then in a way we'll then wire up the others, which basically means that if you look at the cover or if you look at the branding, we probably want to make it compatible, or maybe reuse some of that ZX branding and reuse that Gen ZX founders tagline, which I think is actually super powerful. So again, let's get these first 10 pages that are all, like, this should be 10 pages that I should be able to send to everybody in that room, and they should be excited about it, and they should want to do it, especially because it's about creating a presentation, which is fundamentally what this was, right? And they want to start learning from an agentic team.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • "escrito.ai" did not resolve; the newsroom he means is read as newsroom.sgit.ai (SGit-AI__Website__Newsroom), whose articles of 31 October cover the event: "Vibathon Algarve 2026" (a sold-out day of building with AI at the University of the Algarve's TEC Campus in Faro, organised by Algarve Evolution, with Lovable credits for every participant, many with no coding experience), "joining Algarve Evolution", and others. His words to the room, quoted there: "build something that somebody else can use, and then you rinse and repeat. That's it. That's literally the loop."
  • "the Gen ZX founder" is the book Generation ZX Founders (GenAI Edition), short title "Gen ZX Founders" (SGit-AI__Website__Gen-Z-Developers, its decision 019).
  • What he asks for (T10, decided at his word): the first ten pages or so of RC2, as a PDF, for him to review now: pages he could send to everyone in that room, so they are excited and want to do it themselves; it is about an agentic team making a presentation, and they want to learn from one.
  • What he floats ("maybe"; G1, open): the Gen ZX Founders book becomes a series of books and materials and this book is one of them, framed as a book about you doing it, starting, building what he built here; the cover and branding compatible with it, perhaps reusing the ZX branding and the "Gen ZX founders" tagline.
  • What it does not change: NS1 (the name and the structure) stays open; the ten pages are written against his voice memo (../2026-10-30__in-session/02-the-centre-of-gravity.md) and the storyteller's study, and may become RC2's opening if he signs.
  • Who does it: the storyteller (what the ten pages say, in what order), the publisher (writes them into the manuscript as a sample and builds the PDF), the designer (its look, and a sketch of a cover compatible with the Gen ZX Founders one), the researcher (every number traced to claims/), synthetic (readers like the room's: a student, someone with an idea and no code, a local founder), security (reads it before he shares it). He shares it himself; nobody on the team contacts anyone in the room.
