Still four narrator heads where there should be two

Kept here as he gave it. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

• Two heads on that page: one at "For years my slides" (the start of "The old way") and one at "On 29 October" (the start of "Pressing play", after the figure). So a note for the team that never prints, or a quoted passage inside the narration, must not bring the head back; a new section heading, a figure, a band, a box or another speaker starts a new run.
