The title is A
The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), 2 November 2026, about 04:45 UTC. Kept here as he gave it. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.
The conductor had answered his title idea ("The story of 10 Claude agents, 19 hours, 1 presentation and 900 commits") with the register's numbers and three variants:
- A. One Human, Nine Agents, Nineteen Hours, subtitle How a factory of AI agents built a presentation in a day, and how to build yours.
- B. 9 Agents, 19 Hours, 814 Commits, subtitle The story of one presentation: a real-world example of humans and AI agents working together.
- C. The Story of 9 Claude Agents, 19 Hours, 1 Presentation and 814 Commits, subtitle A real-world example of effective human and agent collaboration.
He answered:
I really like A , let's go with that :)

Now do you think the team has enough guidance to write RC2

Using the rich pdf layouts and using the mix of my voice and the agents voices to tell the story?
How the conductor reads it (not his words)
- NS1, the name, signed: One Human, Nine Agents, Nineteen Hours: How a factory of AI agents built a presentation in a day, and how to build yours, in the Gen ZX Founders series. Its numbers are the register's: nine agents (C011), nineteen hours (C010, 00:16 to 19:00). NS1's structure part is replaced by PS1 (the factory) and ZM1 (the zoom).
- RC2's guidance: answered in the chat; the one thing CLAUDE.md still requires before chapters are written is a signed plan, put to him as RP1 (the storyteller's zoom ladder).
