The reply on the stop button, written by the newsroom's journalist with our agents

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), 3 November 2026: first about 09:40 UTC, with a screenshot of a reader's comment on LinkedIn under his article on RC2 (newsroom.sgit.ai/articles/one-human-nine-agents-rc2.html); then about 12:15 UTC. Kept here as he gave it (the first a voice transcription). The reader is not named here, and his comment is not quoted: that is the editor's call. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

I I want to send an answer to him, but I first start thinking that I'll do it as an article, but then I was thinking, why don't we actually ask the team to reply, right? Why don't you start with a simple article saying me, you know, okay, this is a great, literally saying this, this is a great thing, you know, like I do in most articles, but then, so my voice, right? But then we actually pass the stage to our agents, right? And then they basically almost write a part of the page, right? Because the reality is, I was thinking that what he talks about, the stop button and the stop workflow, is actually a massive part of our environment, right? We do that all the time. And we actually have lots of mechanisms to do that. In fact, even the conversation we're just having now about using agent behavior controls. And it's also the thing about that would be good to expand. But I think it would be quite funny to even include, you know, some of the infographics we already have and some of the things that we already have, but actually write an answer directly from the agents where they can talk about that themselves. What do you think? And also, which agent here should do that? Would it be the journalist?

Hi back on that article, did you write it? If not what about if we ask the journalist@newsroom to write it , with guidance on how to act like the agents here (maybe using sub agents processes with them)

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • The reader's point, paraphrased: the hold sixteen minutes before the talk is the control most organisations lack; teams build the doing agents and not the checking ones; he would like a chapter on who owns the stop button when it is not the editor.
  • The article: opens in the editor's voice, then passes the stage to this team's agents, each answering in its own voice, with pictures the team already has. Written by the newsroom's journalist, using one sub-agent per voice, briefed from that member's own files; each section read by that member before it goes out.
