The full book only, printable, for first readers and the summit

Also, just to be clear for now, make all these changes into the final version of the book. Don't worry about the other ones. We'll reverse engineer those later on. They were great middle steps, but now let's focus on getting this PDF in a way that I can print and we can have the first batch of readers providing feedback, right? And it might be a chance that we can still get some printed copies, you know, like, for review, because I really would like to have this in the hands of the summit next week. So let's see how it all goes. And because at that stage, you know, people just need to feel the book, right? Instead of having it perfect. And also for reviews is really good. So let's just focus on now getting a really solid first sort of pass of that final PDF, which are very close, but let's just get it done.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

• Decision FB1 (book.json): every change from now goes into the full book only; the 3, 10, 30 and 70 wait, to be brought in line later ("We'll reverse engineer those later on"). For now it takes precedence over the zoom ladder's order (ZM1, RP1): deferred, not withdrawn. It agrees with PR2 (print the full book) and LP1 (Leanpub publishes the full book). OL1 stands: every edition is still rebuilt at each release; only edits to the short ones stop.
• The aim: a solid first pass of the full book's PDF to print, for a first batch of readers' feedback and review copies at the summit (Web Summit, from Monday 9 November, book.json milestones). Not perfect: something people can hold.
• The date that follows: KDP's last safe day to submit for a proof by the summit is Thursday 5 November (publishing/KDP.md, line 5), and earlier is better.
