The newsroom's narrator pass; the pace; the upload files now

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), between about 01:20 and 01:35 UTC on 4 November 2026, in three messages (voice transcriptions, kept as given). The first came with a document by the newsroom's journalist (newsroom.sgit.ai), kept unchanged as material at team/conductor/from-newsroom/2026-11-04__narrator-voice-part-one.md. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

Okay, so these comments I'm going to send next are comments written by the journalist agent from the newsroom, which is kind of the agent that has probably had more access to my writing and the one that I would say writes better in my style. So if you look at newsroom.sgit.ai, you'll see exactly what we mean. Now, take into account that this was done against the review of the current PDF, which doesn't take into account the comments already made here. It also doesn't take into account all the work you've done, and also and how you present, and you make it fun, and you make it kind of more visual. But and also, it can only give you stuff in Markdown. So, you know, don't take everything here verbatim. But on the other hand, the comments and the theme and the suggestions and the tone and when he rewrites the text, I really, really like it. So can you review this? Can you write a response back with your feedback on this? And if you want any more clarifications, or if you want it to continue to the other parts of the book, it also, I think you can also view that agent as an agent that can help you if you ever have questions on the best way to say something in my voice.

In terms of the scheduling, it's okay to be a bit aggressive, right? And by the way, I already changed this session, so we have quite a lot of headroom in terms of tokens. So it's okay for you to be a bit aggressive, because again, I want to try to finish as soon as possible. Well, with the quality in a good app, but I want to get us to the point where we have this sort of finished book in a good state, so I can then send it to, you know, Kindle and so the KDP and LeanPub.

On that note, can you ask the team to create the materials for me to upload the PDF, right? I think to LeanPub and to KDP, even if it's the current version or the latest version you have, because you could always change it, right? But I want to make sure that there's nothing wrong, and I want to make sure that the cover is right. We got the right size of the cover, all that jazz, right? Because I know those things always take a couple rounds, and I kind of want to make sure I get that correct. So ask the agents to already be creating that, and then take it from there. And I think now you can actually wake up the agents, I believe. Let me know if you can, because the other session was able to. So you should actually be able to wake up the agent sessions directly, not wait for the schedule.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • The newsroom's pass is material, and he likes its tone and rewrites. Not taken verbatim (it has not seen tonight's notes or the book's visual form); its style sheet and rewrites are the model for the narrator. The journalist is the team's reference for his voice: the conductor may ask it how he would say something. Reply: team/conductor/requests-out/newsroom__narrator-voice-part-one-reply.md.
  • ACC2, the pace: aggressive; the conductor wakes members directly (firing their scheduled tasks) when work waits, not only at their slots.
  • The upload files now, at today's version: the KDP interior PDF and the full cover PDF (back, spine, front, bleed, sized at today's count), the Leanpub PDF and its 1800 by 2700 cover; checked for faults, so the rounds with KDP and Leanpub start early. Rebuilt when the book is final.
