The cast drawn on its cards; a gentler "Do this now"; a hand-over for the journalist

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), about 01:57 UTC on 4 November 2026, with a screenshot of page 10 of the full book (the end of chapter 2: the greyed cast cards, "Do this now"), then a question. Voice transcriptions, kept as given. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

So here, I think you want to show the actual drawings of the characters, or else it looks a bit weird, just that empty box, because they don't get the reference we're going to see, and you can have them grayed out, that's fine. That I'm finding that do this now is quite aggressive, taking into account the comments I made about not passing judgment.

Also another question. Have you created a document for me to hand over to the other agent? Because we could have them already working on the materials and the next reviews.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • The cast cards show each character's own drawing, greyed: designer conductor__062.
  • "Do this now" reads as commands; with his guidance on never judging the reader (the newsroom's style sheet, rule 11), it becomes an invitation, perhaps under a gentler title: storyteller conductor__060 (the card's convention), writer conductor__021 (the 23 lines).
  • The hand-over for the newsroom journalist he works with in another session: team/conductor/requests-out/newsroom__handover-for-the-journalist.md, given to him to pass on.
