Four writers: three more, staffed at once

The editor, Dinis Cruz, in the conductor's session (conductor@book.the-ultimate-insider), about 03:13 and 03:18 UTC on 4 November 2026, answering the conductor's note that one writer session holding the chapters limited the work in parallel. Kept as given. Never edited; where it turns out to be wrong, the finding goes in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md.

Yeah, let's add a second writer. I think you actually can create a new session. Can you try to do it?

Actually, why don't you create 4 writers? Like, I create 2 more writers if you can spin them up. And then that allows you to really operate in parallel and make all these changes. So, I mean, we create 2 more writers from the ones that should exist right now.

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

  • Decision WR2: four writers on the full book, the existing writer and three new members, one part each: writer (Start here, the introduction, 00 to 09, and the 30 and 70); writer2 (part three, 10 to 15); writer3 (part four, 16 to 19); writer4 (part five, 20 to 23 and the back matter).
  • The conductor starts each new member's session at his word (WAKE.md: a session with the editor's word in the conductor's own session); each member's own session creates its own hourly task (:50, :05, :35 London), as the onboarding rules require.
  • Drafted in team/conductor/staffing/writer2/, writer3/, writer4/; each moves its policy into its own folder only after the writer narrows its own (no file claimed twice).
