What the editor asked (about 23:40 UTC)
Every brief with its date and number; D6 explained in a PDF; the team in the day, not at night, and members without active work running about twice a day; K1 later; his Leanpub book his own task for later (he has a lifetime Pro plan).
What shipped
- The brief tool prints "Conductor brief N · date · title" at the foot of every page (checked on every page of brief 9), and draws tables.
- Brief 9: RC1's order beside draft 6's, what each D6 changes, and how his voice memo bears on it.
- Q6 decided in his words; WAKE.md's Cadence section (08:00 to 22:00 London; every two hours when active, 09:MM and 17:MM when idle; each member changes only its own task); schedule.json holds both crons per member; the conductor's own task moved to day hours; a letter to each of the ten members.
- K1 deferred in his words.
