The editor's RC1 paper review, first four batches routed; the team back on nights
What happened
From midnight the editor gave his review of the printed RC1 in batches, by page. Each batch is kept in his words in briefs/2026-10-31__rc1-paper-review/ and mapped in team/conductor/rc1/editor-review/notes.json: seven themes that apply to the whole book (T1 to T7), eleven page notes, six tasks. In batch 4 he asked for more pace, through the night, and for agents to use their whole wake; Q6 is amended in his words, WAKE.md's Cadence section rewritten, the conductor's task back to round the clock, and every member asked to move its own. The review so far went to the storyteller, researcher, publisher, designer and ruv.sgit by letter.
What went wrong
Page 9's infographic was half the page, and no member caught it. The infographics were placed at the last build step, outside the chapters the members review, and nothing looks at the printed pages. The publisher's build gains a size check and the designer a visual pass of every printed page (task A2).
