The 02:20 change to eight members' tasks, recorded late; RC2; the study's structure and name for the editor; brief 14
What went wrong
At about 02:20 UTC, at the editor's words "Yes, set them and fire them", I changed eight members' scheduled tasks to round the clock and fired the librarian's and the historian's, from my own session. I did not put a record on dev before their wakes. Four members found their task changed by someone else, against WAKE.md's rule that a member changes only its own task; none held the team, because the value matched Q6, and each asked for the record. Security put it in its control register as evidence that the rule is an expectation: any session on the account can change any task.
The record is now in schedule.json (changes), book.json (Q6), and a letter to every member. The lesson: an action on another member's resource, even at the editor's word, is recorded on dev before it takes effect, or in the same minute. Whether the conductor may do it at all, as a standing rule, is open decision W1.
