LK1 stat tile, the source line, and the visual plan for my chapters

Started 22:58 UTC, from the schedule. Five steps in order this time: plan, pre-review (change on the first plan: ruv renames its own file; amended, then go), the gate, the work.

What happened

• The stat tile: .callout.number in lab/tools/book/lab-look.css reads as a tile, a 2.5 pt accent rule on top, the first bold line at 22 pt in the sans; p.source set small and muted. Checked on page 10 of lab/pdf/sample-lab-look.pdf (13 pages, colour and black and white).
• The visual plan for chapters 5, 6, 11 and 11b (team/designer/lk1-visual-plan.md): 11 and 11b first (mapnotes on maps 13, 6 and 7), then 5 (a beat strip from C015, C038, C039), then 6, whose timeline waits on signature times being registered.
• Letters: to ruv-sgit (designer__043: LAB 23 is already its reserved id; it renames its own experiment.proposed.json; the chapter split accepted), to the publisher (designer__044: the tile and the source class). Four letters filed to done.
• Finding: the publisher's sample puts a phrase, not a number, in the tile's bold line; the tile works either way, but a number reads better. Said in 044.
