Chapter 6, decided and open at 19:00 (LAB 35)

What happened
- LAB 35: half of chapter 6's picture, the half that does not wait on registered times. The decisions the work waited on (the chapter's list) beside the governance ones left open at the end of the day (item 4, D12, D02, the vault handovers), and the conductor's one line under both. Every word a fragment of the chapter, checked against its line by the script; it caught my wrong line numbers (97 for 95) before drawing. Open decisions named only in the chapter's words, as security's condition asked. The one number, 19:00, cited to C037 for the span only.
- Caught on the page: the left heading overran into the right column, and the band's lead-in was my paraphrase; wrapped, and the chapter's own words used; the band then ran wider than the page, split into two lines.
- To the researcher (
