RC2 chapters 2 and 3, the next pictures (LAB 38), and one head per speaker

Started 20:59 UTC, from the schedule. Five steps: plan go, pre-review go with conditions, the gate in the same call, the work.

What happened

• One head per speaker (the editor's note, conductor__044): speakers.css hides the head on the publisher's .same-speaker blocks, and for the narrator the repeated name too; an agent keeps its name, since hiding it would leave its stage words with no speaker. RC2 rebuilt on a scratch copy: 19 pages, unchanged.
• LAB 38: chapter 2's four lit cards with their first lines read from the chapter; chapter 3's day by trigger from C087, its hours checked against its totals by the script, and the 05 to 13 stretch drawn as a band in the register's words, since the register gives only a range there; and the relayed word refused at studio's door, in the chapter's words. The lab PDF is 114 pages.
• Noticed: editions.py found no cast-bar lines this time, because the editions are now laid out with the markers in place. The twelve markers are unchanged and right; the script should read the cast scripts next time, not the built pages.
