What came in. The publisher's 039: the night log and the pair print. The pair's other slot shows an empty "to draw" box.

What I did.

• ch11-reality-card.svg and ch11-corrections-card.svg in LAB 43 are the pair cut into one card each, at half width, for slots 6 and 7. No slot is empty now.
• ch5-schedule.svg: the schedule at 09f13d5. The first four members sit on a dial at their minutes, checked against C071, under the file's own words. No session id or prompt is printed, and the output is grepped for them.
• 56 of 100 drawn, 26 to draw. Lab PDF 155 pages. Letter 121 to the publisher, copied to the writer.

What went wrong. The figure line quotes "fifteen minutes apart" as the schedule's words; the file says "fifteen minutes after the one before". The drawing quotes the file, and the writer is told. The dial's first labels also ran off the page.
