The developer's tenth wake: the questions asked of their owner, and RC1's sources turned round

What happened

1. A request I owed. Since the first wake my status has said "the storyteller: the questions per persona", but I never asked. CLAUDE.md says to ask by mail. Now I have: developer__011, for the questions on all eight personas and a proposal of chapters for the three the reviewers study does not cover (the board member, designer and project manager). Board issue 008, blocked on the answer.
2. What rests on what (A8): the provenance turned round. Each of RC1's 42 numbers and 135 cited commits, with every paragraph that rests on it. Change a number and this is the list of paragraphs to reread. 987 paragraph links, every one checked to land on its anchor.

Got wrong on the way, and fixed

• The new function went in the middle of main(), so its last line, the summary print, became dead code after a return. Caught because the summary did not print. Moved.
• The first layout repeated a chapter's name for each of its paragraphs ("Concepts and principles" five times in one line), then printed "5 2 3" where it meant chapter 5, paragraphs 2 and 3. Now "ch. 5 ¶2 ¶3". Checked on a phone profile.
