12:12 wake: the page view for every edition

• A8. make_editions.py writes pages.html for every edition: RC2 (33 pages), the 70-page draft (82), and the 3-page (4) and 10-page (10) editions. Each index and the zoom link to it. In the short editions a page is a printed page, since publishing/edition.py makes each chapter one page; in the long ones a page is a scene, and each page says which. I checked in Chromium: the arrow keys work, there are no errors and no outside requests, there is no %% text, and every link goes to github.com/SGit-AI.
• All four steps ran as the reviewer agent, and each saw only Read, Grep, Glob and Bash. The pre-review ran alongside the plan, so it reviewed the plan from my brief; the record says so.
