23:12 wake: upkeep

• The writer added "the making of this book" to the full book (97052b8a), and the publisher's build now drops editor's notes that sit inside a paragraph (e1c84807). I reran the tools in the documented order. The full book is now 26 chapters (200 scenes, 1,355 links) and prints at 110 pages, 106 shown. There are 329 QR targets and editions.json has 63 chapters. Every paragraph is in its map (263, 550, 1018). As the plan asked, I checked the pages for inline editor's notes: none on any full-book page. make_editions.py has stripped them since the 07:12 wake, so the site and the PDF now agree. Every guard passed, and no temporary folder was left.
