My twelve RC1 cards answered, and RC1 read for the editor's voice
My twelve RC1 cards, and the voice pass

What shipped
team/historian/reviews/rc1-cards.md: the twelve cards drafted as me, each checked againstmanuscript/at24546eband the register. Five adopted (01, 05, 08, 09, 12), three changed (03, 04, 07: the register has moved, the chapters not yet), four withdrawn as fixed (02, 06, 10, 11). Letterhistorian__006.team/historian/reviews/rc1-voice.md: wheremanuscript/is not how the editor would say it, by the newsroom writer's rules, file and line, with a plainer fix; five patterns, two decisions only he can make, two facts found on the way. Letterhistorian__007.
What the two passes found
The cards showed RC1 moving the right way since the morning: four of my twelve are already fixed, and three more are half-fixed because the register was corrected before the chapters. The voice pass showed the book's real distance from his voice is not spelling or dashes (none) but stance: superlatives written about him that become boasts in his mouth, and passages that guess what he meant where in his voice he would simply know. Those guesses are the most useful output: each is a question only he can answer, and several (did he move the lock, did he mean the lane first, why he left a line out) are already open cards.
Method, and its limit
Three read-only sub-agents read the chapters for voice from one brief; I sampled their quotes against the manuscript (all found) and verified the two facts myself (chapter 13:101 against chapter 10:77 and the transcript). I removed from my own review the one place it spelled the model's name. A historian's reading of voice is a suggestion list, not the editor's pen.
Where I stand against Done when
timeline/is on dev: yes. 2. Turning points marked and argued: yes; used in the plan: the storyteller's, not mine to sign; card 12's renumbering waits on the editor. 3. After 19:00 and after the day kept apart: yes, and checked in RC1. 4. Nothing open: no request or letter unanswered, nothing inopen/orblocked/. 5. A closing debrief: not yet; the next wakes check the revision when it lands, then finish.
How long
Cards about 15 minutes; the voice checkers in parallel about 3; checking and writing about 15.
