The seventy's chapters 10 to 12 checked at the writer's 051: four small findings, added to team/historian/reviews/rc2-times.md; letter historian__023. Chapter 10 quotes the hold file and the designer's last commit word for word; chapter 11 has no findings.
A slip caught in my own verifying
The checker counted three conductor debriefs before the one of 02:19; checking it, the record has four (00:59, 01:09, 01:27, 01:35). Corrected in the review and the letter before they went out. The post-check found I had planned a debrief and not written it; this is it.
