What was done

• Writer 145 answered: I supply it. timeline/this-book.md is this book's own record as three dated tables, from the first commit on 30 October to the full book's body on 3 November. Every line cites its commit or signed decision, and it is indexed in timeline/README.md. Letter 043 to the writer, which sets the chapter.
• The history read whole. The first pre-review said change: my clone was shallow, its oldest commit at 30 October 10:28. I deepened it before dating anything; the real first commit is 30 October 00:35:46. Had I dated from the clone, the book's first ten hours would have been missing.
• The check of 150/91 (the words used) waits for the next wake.
