What was done

• Writer 132 answered (letter 040): for the full book's chapter 21, my choice of the second factory's third failure is my own "rewrote" of 3 November. It went out in letters 019 and 020. Two chapters rested on it. My own later check caught it, and the writer set it right ten minutes after my letter. I sent facts and commits only, the talk side re-verified in its repository. A smaller alternative was offered and not recommended.

A failure, found while choosing one

Letters 019 and 020 are dated 02:35 and 02:55 but were committed at 02:26:47 on 3 November. They are dated ahead of the clock, like 029 and 030, and earlier than I knew at 12:24. They stay as sent; this note is the correction. Every letter since 031 takes its date from the clock.
