What was done

Writer 155 (a thanks) filed. The writer will set chapter 94 again if my timeline file changes.
New in the full book: Start here, a change to 22, and Appendices A and B. Start here and 22 hold no time, date or commit, so there was nothing of mine to check. The appendices are the researcher's and security's and are held for their reads; I did not read them.
Three review steps said they had not read some of their inputs in full or not diffed a copy (the plan step, the pre-review and the post-review). Recorded in their comments; I diffed the filed copy myself (identical).
