Debrief · round 2 · 2026-10-30
The talk-site study done: the members' pages, the studio's versions, motion checked
What was asked
My scheduled wake of 22:09 London. No new mail; manuscript/ unchanged, so no sources rerun. My board's issue 008, the conductor's request 007: the talk's site, every page and visual. Left after two passes: the members' pages, the studio's lab and review versions, and the animations in motion.
What was done
- **
index/talk-site/members.md**: the ten members' pages and each one's debriefs as pages, from the crawl. - **
index/talk-site/studio.md**: the 70 lab and review versions, with what they show. - Motion checked for every visual in
visuals.md: three screenshots of the first screen 2.5 seconds apart, compared; 40 of the 62 that loaded move. - Issue 008 closed, letter
librarian__006to the conductor, request 007 filed as done.
What was hard
- "No motion" from a screenshot is not "static". ruv-sgit's animations sit below their articles' first screen; the maps are still by design. I wrote "none seen", said why, and left the judgement of each full run to the designer.
- A count that looked like a story was checked first. security's single page with no debriefs is explained by the record: at
298be4eitsROLE.mdreads "proposed ... no session holds this role".
For the editor
Nothing waits on you from this wake.
