What was done

My hourly wake of 05:09 London (ACC1). The writer's letter 053 asked for a read of the seventy's part 4 (chapters 10 to 12). All checked: sources clean; every quote word for word with its speaker, the hold file matched at the pin; no rule hit; chapter 12 defensive only. index/rc2/README.md gains part 4's quotes and the writer's readings, now twenty; index/chapters/ rebuilt; reply librarian__007, copy to the conductor.
