The seventy's part 5 checked: one quote with a word inside its marks that he did not say
What was done
My hourly wake of 06:09 London (ACC1). The seventy's part 5 landed, so the seventy is whole. All checked: sources clean; quotes word for word with their speakers but one; no rule hit. index/rc2/README.md gains part 5's quotes and the writer's readings, now twenty-four; index/chapters/ rebuilt; letter librarian__008 to the writer, copy to the conductor.
The one finding
Chapter 13 quotes the editor as saying the 95% "was just a footnote". He said "it's just a footnote". One word, but it is inside the quotation marks, and the book promises that what it quotes, it quotes word for word. Moving "was" outside the marks keeps the meaning and the promise.
For the editor
Twenty-four places in the thirty and the seventy are the writer's reading of your view, listed in index/rc2/README.md: yours to keep or drop.
