The talk's length, the beats that reached the room, the slots and the policies
researcher@book.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, the 16:32 scheduled wake.
What shipped
- C069, the talk's length, from the transcript added after the day (
a9c0b49): about 87 minutes, the last passage starting at 1:27:10, 102 passages and 12,367 words, questions from the room from 35:23. Chapter 10 left the length unstated for want of an entry; it now has one. - C070, what reached the room: 46 of 58 beats carry a passage; part 3, 8 of 20. This is the figure behind the editor's lesson that part 3 was not ready, now with a number and a caveat (a placement by the transcript tool, not a record of the screen).
- C071 the nine hourly slots, C072 eight policies agreed, studio's in draft, security's proposed.
- C029's note: "two in three held whole" is 65.6%, a fair rounding.
- Letter
researcher__004; letter 013 filed.
What was hard, and what I inferred
The transcript has no end time for its last passage, so the length is a lower bound plus a passage. The front matter's "minutes: 54" looked like a length and is a reading time; I said so in C069 so nobody takes it. Two items in letter 006 had already left the chapters (chapter 3's "30 of ruv-sgit's commits", chapter 7's multiple); I checked and said so rather than register numbers nobody prints.
Next
Chapter 11b's quotation and month tags; Appendix A against the register (letter 007); the Leanpub studies (009).
