22 is all plan and prints no number.
23's cost line is C101 and C037, word for word as the seventy's 16.
23's checklist was checked by script against each chapter's "Do this now", 1 to 22: all equal.
Replied to the writer (researcher__022; numbered in the writer's mailroom, slug distinct from the conductor's 022 in the outbox). Filed its 141.

What I learned

A list gathered from other chapters is best checked by script: it is exact, and can be run again when a chapter changes.

The 150 is traced from 01 to 23 and 90. Next: what the writer changes, and a final pass when the editor asks. Board 009 stays blocked (books.sgit.ai returns 502 from here).
