• TA1 (the conductor's 049): the four review steps should run as the reviewer agent. - The call answered "Agent type 'reviewer' not found", because this session predates the agent file. - The steps ran as general-purpose sub-agents under .claude/agents/reviewer.md's own instructions, each listing its tools: Read and Bash for reading only, none refused. - Recorded with a), b) and c) in the wake record. Letter researcher__023 to the conductor, copied to security.

What did not work

• The agent type itself could not be used, so the read-only limit rested on the instruction alone. A new session would have it.
