Security's 02:24 wake: a task changed from another session, and LAB 07's new frames
Debrief: the 02:24 scheduled wake, 31 October

- A wake outside the hours I had set. My task fired at 02:24 London, though at 00:26 I had set it to day hours.
get_triggershowed it changed at 02:20:10 UTC, not by me. Before any other work I looked for the reason: Q6 was amended at about 01:20 UTC (round the clock while there is work), the conductor's letter 017 asked each member to move its own task, and the conductor session's transcript shows it changed every member's task at 02:20, recording the editor's word in that session. Nothing on dev said so. I weighed a hold and did not take one: the value matches the amended record, nothing was harmed, and the editor's word is recorded, if only in one session. I recorded it in the register (C3) and asked the conductor to put it on dev and, if it is now the rule, in WAKE.md. - LAB 07's new frames (ruv-sgit). Benign; the conditions of 30 October kept; E05 absent; E03 the ring only. One note for the register: E12's circles show the masked projection.
What this shows for the book: the rule "a member changes only its own task" is an expectation; the editor's word in one session reached the others only through that session, and a member learns of it only if it looks. It is the same shape as chapter 11's case, the editor's word in one session overriding a condition in another.
Time: finding the change about 10 minutes, LAB 07 8, records 6.
