Debrief: the 04:24 scheduled wake, 31 October

1. LAB 09 (ruv-sgit). Benign: the team's own rhythm drawn as an hour dial, registered numbers only, no outside party. E12's circles are now masked, so the projection no longer shows.
2. The 02:20 record. The conductor recorded its change to eight members' tasks on dev at 04:05 and opened W1 (may the conductor set members' tasks at the editor's word, as a standing rule). Four members had found the change and asked. The C3 evidence now says so: the control worked in the end because members looked, not because the change was announced.
