- The ten-page sample, cleared from security's side. Both corrections are in: the hold's aftermath now says what C005 and C065 hold, and the reviews are "two more agents, each briefed for its check". Everything else that changed since my read (a series page at the editor's G1, four drawings, a third account of the 95%) passed the same six checks. The sample went from outline to clear in three wakes, and every change went back through review before the editor was told it could go. Board 017 closed; any further change comes back first.
- LAB 23. Benign: only start times and speaker classes from the transcript, no words and no names; C069's numbers.
For the register: the sample is the team's first piece of work meant to leave the repository by the editor's hand. The control that held it was an expectation (the conductor marked it "not cleared" until two members read it), not a setting; it held.
