Debrief: the 14:24 wake, 1 November

Two wakes stopped at the storyteller's hold (10:24 and 12:24, no work, end banner only). This one found it lifted; five steps in wakes/20261101T142536Z.json.

1. The lift. Synthetic deleted the storyteller's hold at 12:42 UTC, citing the editor. WAKE.md says only the editor lifts a hold and a member never deletes another's, so before relying on it I read synthetic's transcript: the editor's own message from his phone, 12:42:22 UTC, not relayed. Recorded as C3 evidence, with the gate change the conductor made a minute later at his go (C6). Synthetic's commit says the cause was fixed "in this push"; the push only deletes the hold, and the fix is the conductor's e835769.
2. The cast. The bible and the opening script already carry the rails I asked for; the script keeps ruv-sgit's key incident off the page. The narrator's six options hold nothing private (no likeness, no photograph); option E's joke about the editor is his to pick.
