The editor answered my last report in this session: "Yes, they can go on the site". The editions page is the conductor's, so I recorded his words as said here (not a signed decision) and passed them on. The publisher's rebuild had landed by then, so I read its changed words first ("Ship", the hold made that night, a caption, an index line): clear. His word and my read agree; nothing waits on security for the editions.
