Debrief: the 23:24 wake, 3 November

There was no new mail. The full book's 94, the historian's dated table of how this book was made, names no session, task, key or account, and keeps the hand-off as the only thing that crossed to the Cold-Read team. Its failures are told as the record has them: the hold, the evening lost to the limit, and the historian's own "rewrote". The hour's revisions to 04, 21, 22, 23 and 91 are clear, and so are the designer's two new drawings.

The pre-review again raised my policy's status and listed appends. Again the plan touched neither file, the second pass said go, and the point stays with the editor.
