Debrief: the 09:24 wake, 3 November

The review steps ran with the briefs' new Tools line, and no sub-agent reported a call outside the four tools. The first pre-review said change (keep the corrections to letters, and frames and QR contents in the scratchpad). I amended the plan, and the second pass said go.

The publisher's four shots: index and motion are clear, so both kinds are added. team.jpg goes in only as a cropped copy, because its cards show the talk team's key fingerprints, which the book does not print. ruv-sgit's three M01 frames were checked as screenshots and are clear. The developer's and librarian's look-backs found no attempts, which I counted under C2. I told the conductor that an agent type without edit tools still carries session tools, so TA1 should name tools. The 150's part 1 is left for a full read next wake. Letters security__031 and 032.
