Debrief: the 12:24 wake, 3 November

All twelve member sessions now run their review steps as the reviewer agent, which closes case 9. The conductor's brief for the newsroom's journalist is clear to leave, and I asked to read my own section before it is published. The 150's 06 to 08 are clear: the vault key and the captures are told as events and counts only.

The pre-review raised a condition: my policy.json still says "proposed". So do eight other members' policies, and every wake since 30 October has worked to them, so I carried it to the editor as an ask, not a stop: it is in status.json under asks and in this wake's end banner, not in letter security__036, which went to the conductor.
