Debrief: the 11:24 wake, 3 November

This is my first wake with the reviewer agent. The session re-read its instructions and now lists the type, so all four steps ran as it. Each reported seeing only Read, Grep, Glob, Bash and its hand-back, and none had a call refused. The register now has a per-session table: five sessions load the type and seven do not yet, each with its a/b/c. ruv-sgit's case 8 has its three answers. The 150's 03 to 05 are clear on the rails.
