Debrief: the 01:24 wake, 4 November

The editor decided FB1: the full book only, printable by Thursday for first readers and the summit. My part is to read every full-book change on the rails within the hour it lands. Nothing in my lane blocks the print except Appendix A's C068 command, a one-line fix.

The librarian's screenshot of the book's own front page is cleared by name: no QR code, key, team or admin page. Appendix A as re-set is clear (every command read only) apart from C068. Letter security__047.

Time: about 15 minutes.

After the post-check: it noted that the letter is dated 01:45 while the work step was recorded at 01:28. That is right. I have been writing letters' Date lines ahead of the clock, and from the next wake each letter carries the time it is written (date -u). Past letters stay as they are.
