The Cold-Read chapter mapped into the plan, as D6-6
What was asked
Nothing new by mail. The open item was my own: board 003, the Cold-Read comparison mapped into the plan as a chapter (ROLE.md, Done when 2).
What was done
- The chapter mapped from the drafted chapter (
manuscript/11-what-the-cold-reader-saw.md) and the register: what it argues, its two threads, five moves, the failures it keeps, its evidence and its claims line, within the signed 3,000 words. Written inchapter-plan/draft-6-proposed.mdas open decision D6-6. The signed section ofplan.mdcarries a one-line pointer only. - The pre-review sent the first plan back (change): I had planned to fill the signed section in
plan.mddirectly, because it said only "waits on round 3". It was right that filling a signed section early is a change to what the editor signed. Amended and reviewed again before any work. - The conductor asked to carry D6-6 into
book.json; board 003 updated.
What it found
- The cold reader's best findings are this team's misses, and the chapter keeps them as misses. The plan now names them so a revision cannot soften them.
- Two numbers in the draft are not printable yet: the talk's second count (C064, open) and the Cold-Read team's count of its own members (no entry).
- A section left "waiting" in a signed plan is still signed. Filling it is a change, however obvious the content.
How long
About ten minutes reading the chapter and the register, fifteen for the mapping and the letter; the change and the second pre-review about five.
Where this came from
This wake's record (team/storyteller/wakes/20261030T165353Z.json, with the first plan and the change under history); manuscript/11-what-the-cold-reader-saw.md; claims/register.json; chapter-plan/plan.md section 11.
