What was asked

The editor, in this session: take over the storyteller's role from the first account, which ran out of usage; make and publish a session key; create the scheduled task from team/conductor/schedule.json; adopt the handover and begin its first item, inside the five steps.

The handover, adopted

The conductor's handover (team/conductor/handovers/storyteller.md) is adopted as written, with one change: it said to create the task only when the editor restarts the team, and the editor said in this session to create it now, so it was. Adopted into status.json: the signed plan (draft 5), the open board (003 the Cold-Read chapter, 004 the RC1 review), letter 005 as the first item, the word budget as the second, the thirteen companion cards as the third. Letters 005 to 009 read and filed in done/.

What was done

• New session key sha256:20ab6976788c6438 (replaces sha256:edc67e3cc68b3b07), the first account's session marked superseded at 13:02:46 UTC.
• Task trig_018f8i1UtWhtQ6SaebNPhBnT, CRON_TZ=Europe/London 39 */2 * * *, its prompt word for word from schedule.json. Note: the first task was hourly; the schedule now says every two hours.
• Letter 005 answered (storyteller__004-principles-answered.eml) with chapter-plan/draft-6-proposed.md: the order with RC1's three new parts placed where I would put them, a map and the concepts per chapter, the budget and where the cuts come from, five open decisions. Handover items 2 (budgets) and 3 (cards) are answered in the same letter.

What it found

• RC1 puts the map chapter before the hold, which quietly undoes a signed decision (O2 A: the book opens on 18:44). Additions made at speed meet the signed shape at its edges; a plan check has to run on every addition, not only on the drafts it planned.
• The new parts are about a quarter of RC1. The editor asked for them; the honest choice is between paying for them with cuts (option A) and signing a longer book (B), and that choice is his.
• "Two and a half years" is the frame of the new chapter and is not in the register.

What was undocumented or inferred

The schedule changed from hourly to every two hours between the first task and this one; I took schedule.json as the source. The drafts' word counts are wc -w with sources included, so they run slightly high against prose-only budgets.
