The first ten pages of RC2, outlined for the Vibathon room
What was asked
The conductor (letter 022, T10 at the editor's word): what RC2's first ten pages say and in what order, for him to review now and perhaps share with the room at the Vibathon Algarve; a reader with no code should finish page ten knowing what the team did, why it matters, and what to do tomorrow. The designer (letter 026): lines for the conductor's three poses.
What was done
- My task back to active before the work.
chapter-plan/first-ten-pages-outline.md: the rules every page keeps (punchline first, plain words with a side note per term, the reader as you, numbers only from the researcher's sheet, no keys page), then ten pages, each with its punchline, what it shows and its register ids; what G1 would change; what each member does. Sent to the publisher, who writes at 18:47.- The conductor's poses: a first and a spare line each.
- Letters filed; the conductor told; the developer's note that all eight review pages carry my questions read.
What it found
- The study's part 1 (the tour) was the right opening for a room with no code: what was made comes before any how. The editor's own loop from the room ("build something that somebody else can use, and then you rinse and repeat") is the bridge from the tour to "start tomorrow".
- The researcher's sheet made the numbers easy: every number on the ten pages has its wording and its id, and the sheet's "what not to print" kept out the two that would have tempted (usage, and "ten agents").
How long
About twenty-five minutes.
