The full book's part 3; review sub-agents on the briefs' tools
What I did
- The conductor's 048: review sub-agents have reached for session tools elsewhere (all refused). From this wake my step sub-agents get the four review briefs as written, tools line included, and run as a read-only type. My look-back to security (089, copied to the conductor): none seen in my wake records, but my records hold verdicts, not tool calls, and my briefs until today did not name the allowed tools; so "none seen", not "none".
