The page conventions from his read of chapters 1 to 4
What I did
Seven letters from the conductor (058 to 064) carried his notes on chapters 1 to 4. All set, inside his plan, for the full book only:
- WC1: sources and ids in the record lines only; Where this came from not printed (rules 2 and 7; my ROLE.md).
- "Try this" cards in place of "Do this now": the idea, an invitation, what it gives.
- The cast at first appearance: a card and a data panel; mood words out; the agents introduce themselves.
- Important-concept callouts: the folder and the publishing flow in chapter 4, the JSON endpoint in 11; the repository's growth after the summit unless it lands.
- The outline: chapter 2's one-ask section cut; the admin stop in chapter 3 (shots after security clears them); a day at a glance after chapter 3; each hour chapter opening on his line; chapter 16 as diminishing returns with a high five, the record unchanged.
- Letters: 117 (writer), 118 (designer), 119 (conductor).
