What shipped

• Three reads of manuscript/rc2/30/02-the-factory-is-assembled.md and 03-the-factory-runs.md (at ea2d42f8), by the conference team member, the newsroom builder and the first-build finisher; every quote checked exact against the chapters.
• review/synthetic/rc2/30/02-03/summary.md, on the personas index; the section and PDF rebuilt.
• A letter to the writer, copy to the conductor (synthetic__002-rc2-chapters-2-3-read.eml): five changes in order. Chapter 1's revision checked from the text: two of four changes in.

What it found

All three understood how the factory runs (one partly); two would read on, one maybe. "The argument with a reviewer" holds for all three; "The map, before its name" stalls all three; the storyteller blurs for all three.

Limits

Three fictional readers voiced by one session's sub-agents; first drafts. A synthetic reader is never readership.
