What shipped

team/conductor/reviews/as they stand, each saying which tools it used; none was refused anything. - The look-back over every sub-agent since 30 October (163 transcripts, 577 tool calls): Bash, Read, Grep and Write only; no session, message, schedule or interrupt tool; every write under
review/synthetic/or the scratchpad; no shell call that pushed, committed, deleted, installed or reached the network. Sent to security (synthetic__001), conductor on Cc; issue 009 opened and closed.
A note on my own practice
Until this wake I wrote my step sub-agents' prompts myself, close to the briefs but not the briefs. From now on, the briefs.
