What was done

1. The full book's part 1 in manuscript/rc2/150/: 01, slides as a compromise (the seventy's first two sections kept; "what I would have had to say instead", flagged as my paraphrase); 02, inventing on principle (Victor, the loop and its card, the factory named, "why a day" flagged); 03, the tour at length, seventeen stops for eighteen of the site's twenty best things, the keys and vaults pages named once and not shown, the team page cropped.
2. Two traces asked: a third moment from the talk (researcher, 069); one ask followed in full (historian, 070); both held by %% markers.
3. Who made each new stop's page checked in the talk's history: the home page is dev's (5a91607), the policy review page studio's (bd3cdad), the night's brief the conductor's (648feee); a line I had first given the storyteller went to dev.
4. Synthetic's structural asks on the seventy passed to the storyteller; the failures chapter as cards is mine, next pass.
