The A4 print for the London shop

How the conductor reads it (not his words)

• KP1: the Crown Quarto release v0.1.1025 (with TP1's title page) is the version for KDP and Leanpub ("InPub" read as Leanpub).
• PQ3: a separate A4 print for the London shop, formatted by the conductor at his word ("I want you to do it, not them"), outside its usual scope, while the team is paused: LAB 77 (a4.css, make_a4_cover.py), the release building the A4 interior and copying the A4 cover to rc2/upload/, and a new page, publishers/print-request-a4.html, with the two files. The shop is not named on the site, as before (PQ1).
